1. Scope of Advisory Services
Wizento delivers specialized consulting services across cybersecurity governance (Secure), enterprise IT and cloud architecture (Build), and business intelligence analytics (Grow). All commercial engagements are governed by an executed Statement of Work (SoW) detailing deliverables, timelines, acceptance milestones, and fees.
2. Auditing & Certification Boundaries
Wizento acts as a technical readiness, implementation, and advisory partner. Wizento does not issue formal independent audit attestations (such as SOC 2 Type II reports) or accredited ISO 27001 certificates. Such certifications can only be issued by accredited independent third-party audit firms or certification registrars. Wizento prepares organizations to pass those external audits cleanly.
3. Client Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
All technical data, source code, network diagrams, vulnerability registers, and commercial metrics shared with Wizento are governed by strict non-disclosure obligations. Wizento requires mutual NDAs prior to accessing production systems or sensitive governance documentation.
